Your data stays yours.

What we collect on this website, why, and how to make us delete it.

Consent first, always.

01 / Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tactical Industries processes personal data on this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and the Italian Privacy Code.

Data controller

Tactical Industries, Viale XII Giugno 9/2, 40124 Bologna, Italy. VAT 04099351209. You can reach us about your data through the contact page.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email, company and message, used only to reply to you and to follow up on the request you made. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep these messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, longer only if they become part of a contract.
  • Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (art. 6.1.f).
  • Analytics. If you accept them in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 cookies measure which pages are read, in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising features are switched off.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the website secure. They are deleted on the provider’s rotation schedule.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.

Cookies and local storage

Without your consent this website stores only your cookie choice, in your browser’s local storage, for six months. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you accept and expire after up to 14 months.

Who processes the data for us

  • Hostinger (hosting, EU).
  • Resend (delivery of contact form emails, USA).
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection, USA).
  • Google Ireland (Analytics, only with your consent; data may reach Google LLC in the USA).
  • YouTube (Google), for video posts: the player loads, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to us through the contact page and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

We will publish any change to this policy on this page.
