01 / Our story
We started Tactical in 2022 because brands kept making promises that nobody had designed. We opened as the first Value Proposition Factory in the European market.
Tactical Industries is the next chapter: a studio that applies the Value to Market method in every industry, signs the Value Propositions it designs, and trains the teams who carry them. We run the method on our own company first.

Hoang is the author and leading voice of the Value by Design philosophy.
He wrote the Value by Design book collection, Value Proposition Design, Value Proposition Strategy and Value Proposition Engineering, to embrace the full spectrum of a business's Value to Market.
Before Tactical Industries he was Head of Customer Experience and Design at Value Partners Management Consulting, after fifteen years in customer experience, engagement design and strategic marketing.
